The PC415 series is a 10 Amp subminiature PCB power relay with a "sugar cube" footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It features a sealed, immersion-cleanable design, RoHS compliance, and AgCdO contact material. With a 24VDC coil rated at 450 mW, it operates at 16.8 VDC minimum and releases at 2.4 VDC maximum, with actuation times of less than 10 ms and release under 5 ms. The relay supports switching up to 20 A at 14 VDC, 10 A at 120 VAC, and 7 A at 240 VAC, with a 110 VDC and 380 VAC maximum switching voltage. It meets Class "B" insulation, operates from -55°C to 85°C, and withstands 1,000 megohms insulation resistance at 500 VDC. Weight is 9.5 grams and solderability is rated for 260°C for 5 seconds.
