The PC415 is a 10 Amp subminiature PCB power relay with a "Sugar Cube" footprint and sealed, immersion-cleanable construction. It is available in 1 Form A, B, or C contact configurations with AgCdO contacts and supports switching up to 10 A at 120 VAC and 28 VDC, 7 A at 240 VAC, and 5 A at 277 VAC. Maximum switching voltage is 380 VAC and 110 VDC. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time less than 5 ms, and mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations. The 12 VDC coil has 400 ohms resistance and 360 mW power consumption, with a must-operate voltage of 8.4 VDC and must-release voltage of 1.2 VDC. Insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms min at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength is 1,500 Vrms between coil and contacts. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 85°C. The part weighs 9.5 grams.
