The PC415 series is a subminiature PCB power relay with 10 A continuous contact capacity and 1 Form A, B, or C contact options. It has a 'Sugar Cube' footprint, sealed construction, and RoHS-compliant lead-free finish. The 24 VDC coil variant requires 800 mW power, with a must operate voltage of 16.8 VDC and must release voltage of 2.4 VDC. Contacts are AgCdO, rated for 10 A at 120 VAC and 28 VDC, 7 A at 240 VAC, and 5 A at 277 VAC. Maximum switching power is 2500 VA. Contact resistance is 100 milliohms max at 0.1 A and 6 VDC. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time less than 5 ms. Operating temperature range is -55 °C to 85 °C. Class F insulation is available. Dielectric strength is 1500 Vrms between coil and contacts.
