The PC415 is a 10 amp subminiature PCB power relay with a 'Sugar Cube' footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It has a sealed, immersion-cleanable housing, meets Class B or Class F insulation standards, and is RoHS compliant. The part supports AgCdO or AgSnO contact materials, with AgCdO + Gold Plate as an option. For the 48 VDC coil variant, the coil power is 6400 ohms resistance with a must-operate voltage of 33.6 VDC and a must-release voltage of 4.8 VDC. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time less than 5 ms, and operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to 85 °C. The relay handles a maximum switching current of 20 A and switching power of 2500 VA. It meets UL/CUL ratings E86876 with an initial contact resistance of 100 milliohms maximum.
