The PC415 series is a subminiature PCB power relay with a 10 A continuous contact capacity, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It features a popular 'Sugar Cube' footprint, sealed and immersion-cleanable design, and is RoHS compliant with AgCdO or AgSnO contact materials. The relay meets Class B or Class F insulation standards, has an operating temperature range of -55 to 85 °C, and supports a switching voltage of up to 380 VAC and 110 VDC. The coil voltage for this variant is 24 VDC with a power rating of 1600 ohms, a must-operate voltage of 16.8 VDC, and a must-release voltage of 2.4 VDC. Operate time is less than 10 ms, release time is less than 5 ms, and insulation resistance is 1000 megohms minimum at 500 VDC. The relay weighs 9.5 grams and is terminated with PCB pins.
