The PC118 series is a miniature general-purpose relay available in 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, with PCB pin termination, a flange mount case, and a 12VDC coil. It supports contact ratings of up to 10A at 28VDC or 10A at 220VAC for 2 and 3 pole versions, and 5A at 28VDC or 220VAC for the 4 pole version. The relay features optional gold-plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and an LED indicator. It operates from -40°C to 85°C, has a coil power consumption of 0.9W, and meets a dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts. Mechanical life is rated at 1×10⁷ operations and electrical life at 1×10⁵ operations under rated load. The housing dimensions are 35.0 mm in length, 27.6 mm in width, and 21.6 mm in height.
