The PC118 series is a miniature general-purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles, available in PCB pin termination with a top-mounting flange, gold-plated contacts, LED indicator, and push-to-test button. It operates with a 12VDC coil consuming 0.9W, has a contact rating of 10A at 28VDC or 10A at 220VAC for 2/3 pole forms, and 5A at 28VDC or 5A at 220VAC for the 4-pole form. Maximum switching voltage is 48VDC and 277VAC, with a dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between poles. The relay operates from -40°C to 85°C, has an insulation resistance of 100MΩ min at 500VDC, and weighs approximately 37g. It meets UL/CUL general-purpose ratings for 6,000 cycles at 40°C. Contact material is AgCdO with initial contact resistance of 50mΩ max. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations.
