The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, available in PCB pin termination with gold-plated contacts and a push-to-test button. It operates with a 120VAC coil, consuming 1.2VA, and handles a maximum switching current of 10A at 277VAC or 48VDC. Contact forms include 4PDT (4 Form C), with AgCdO contact material and an insulation resistance of 100MΩ min. at 500VDC. The relay withstands 1500V rms between coil and contacts and 1000V rms between open contacts. It operates from -40°C to 85°C, with a mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations and an electrical life of 1×10⁵ operations under rated load. The unit weighs approximately 37g and is RoHS compliant.
