The PC118 series is a miniature general-purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles in Form C configuration, available with a flange-mount case and 24VDC coil. It supports switching up to 10A at 28VDC or 10A at 220VAC for 2- and 3-pole forms, and 5A at 28VDC or 220VAC for the 4-pole form. The relay operates from -40°C to 85°C, has a coil power consumption of 0.9W, and features AgCdO contacts with an initial contact resistance of 50 mΩ maximum. It meets UL/CUL ratings for dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts and 1000V rms between poles. Terminal strength is 8N for QC and 4N for PCB. The case measures 21.6 mm × 27.6 mm × 35.0 mm, and the unit weighs approximately 37 g.
