The PC118 series is a miniature general-purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles, available in PCB pin termination and flange mount. This variant has a 3PDT contact form, 110VDC coil, and gold-plated contacts. It switches 28VDC at 10A (2-pole) or 5A (3- and 4-pole), and 220VAC at the same ratings. The coil consumes 0.9W, with pickup at 82.5VDC and release at 11VDC. Operate and release times are both 25ms. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. Contact material is AgCdO, with initial resistance ≤50 mΩ. Insulation resistance is ≥100MΩ at 500VDC. Dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between contacts.
