The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles, available with PCB pins, gold-plated contacts, and a push-to-test button option. This variant includes a 24VAC coil, 3PDT contact form, and PCB termination. It operates at 220VAC up to 10A or 28VDC up to 10A for 3-pole versions, and 5A for 4-pole versions. Maximum switching voltage is 277VAC and 48VDC, with a maximum switching current of 10A. The relay has a power consumption of 1.2VA, operates between -40°C and 85°C, and weighs approximately 37g. Contact material is AgCdO, initial contact resistance is 50mΩ max, and mechanical life is 1×10⁷ operations. Dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts or poles. It is RoHS compliant and compatible with the SC118 socket series.
