The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, available with PCB pin termination. It supports AC and DC coils, with a 110VDC coil variant consuming 0.9W and featuring a pick-up voltage of 82.5VDC and a release voltage of 11.0VDC. The relay operates at -40°C to 85°C, has an insulation resistance of 100MΩ min. at 500VDC, and provides 1500Vrms dielectric strength between coil and contacts. Contact rating is 10A at 28VDC or 220VAC for 2 or 3 pole forms, with AgCdO contact material and a mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations. It includes optional LED indicator and push-to-test button features. Dimensions are approximately 35.00mm in length and 27.60mm in width. The part is RoHS compliant and compatible with the SC118 socket.
