The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles, available in plug-in or PC pin termination, with options for gold-plated contacts, top mounting flange, and push-to-test button. The relay has a 3PDT contact form (3 Form C), operates on a 24VAC coil with 1.2VA power consumption, and is RoHS compliant. It supports switching up to 220VAC at 10A per contact, with a maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and a maximum switching current of 10A. Contacts are made of AgCdO with an initial resistance of 50 mΩ max. The relay has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations. Dimensions are [21.6 × 27.6 × 35.0] mm for the 3-pole version, with a weight of approximately 37g.
