The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles in Form C contact configurations, available with PC pins or solder lugs, and compatible with SC118 series sockets. This variant, featuring a 110VDC coil, gold plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and a flange mount case, operates with a coil power of 0.9W, has a maximum switching current of 10A, and supports 28VDC and 220VAC loads. It provides a dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts or poles. The relay operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and weighs approximately 37g. Mechanical life is rated for 1 × 10⁷ operations and electrical life for 1 × 10⁵ operations at rated load. The case dimensions are approximately 35.00mm in length and 21.60mm in width.
