The PC118 is a miniature general purpose relay available in 2, 3, or 4 pole configurations with Form C contacts, designed for AC and DC coil operation. This variant features a 110VDC coil, PCB pin termination, flange mount case, and gold-plated contacts. It supports a maximum switching current of 10A at 28VDC or 220VAC, with a coil power consumption of 0.9W. The relay has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, an insulation resistance of 100MΩ at 500VDC, and dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts. Mechanical life exceeds 10⁷ operations, with an electrical life of 10⁵ operations under rated load. Initial contact resistance is 50mΩ max, and contacts are made of AgCdO.
