The PC118 series is a miniature 2, 3, or 4 pole general purpose relay with contact forms up to 4PDT, available with PCB pins, gold-plated contacts, and a push-to-test option. It supports AC and DC coil voltages, with the 24VAC variant consuming 1.2VA and having a pick-up voltage of 19.2VAC and release voltage of 7.2VAC. The relay operates between -40°C and 85°C, has a dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts. Contact rating is 10A at 28VDC or 220VAC for 2-pole forms, with maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and current of 10A. Contact material is AgCdO, initial contact resistance is 50 mΩ max., and mechanical life is 1×10⁷ operations. The case has dimensions of approximately 35.0×27.6×21.6 mm and weighs about 37g. It is RoHS compliant and compatible with the SC118 socket series.
