The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, available in PCB pin termination with a plug-in design. This variant supports 120VAC coil voltage, features gold plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and is RoHS compliant. It operates at 10A for 28VDC and 10A for 220VAC with a maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and 48VDC. The relay has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, a coil power consumption of 1.2VA, and a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations. Dimensions are 35.0 mm length, 27.6 mm width, and 21.6 mm height. It meets UL/CUL ratings with 1500V rms dielectric strength between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts or poles.
