The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay available in 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms with plug-in or PCB pin terminals. This variant features a 110VDC coil, DPDT (2 Form C) contacts, PCB pin termination, and a push-to-test button. It has a coil power consumption of 0.9W, operates at 28VDC up to 10A, and 220VAC up to 10A for two poles. The relay withstands 1500V rms between coil and contacts and 1000V rms between open contacts. It operates from -40°C to 85°C, has an initial contact resistance of 50 mΩ max, uses AgCdO contact material, and offers 1 × 10⁷ mechanical and 1 × 10⁵ electrical operations.
