The PC118 is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, available in PC pin or solder lug termination. This variant has a 24VAC coil consuming 1.2VA, with operate and release times of 25ms. It switches up to 277VAC and 48VDC at 10A, with AgCdO contacts and gold plating optional. Insulation resistance is 100MΩ min. at 500VDC; dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C, with mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations and electrical life of 1×10⁵. The case measures 35.00 × 27.60 × 21.60 mm and supports top mounting flange or push-to-test button. RoHS compliant when marked -X.
