Cross-roller bearings mounted on a rigid tempered aluminum-allo y body guar antee v ery high guiding stiffness and long oper ating life. The ball scre w with 5 mm pitch allo ws v elocities up to 150 mm/s. F or demanding positioning tasks the LS-270 linear stages can be supplied with a linear scale which is centr ally installed betw een the guides. The LS-270 linear stages can be equipped with a DC or a 2-phase stepper motor and hav e tw o inductiv e limit switches.
