This specialized time of flight detector is optimized to be able to provide superior resolution while withstanding operational temperatures of 150˚C and bake temperatures up to 300˚C. This allows for rapid chamber degassing while reducing excess noise in the instrument. Photonis manufactures our TOF detectors to fit each customers’ exact specifications.
