Painted Version: The Rose+Bopla watertight diecast aluminum enclosure in the powdercoated version is our basic off-the-shelf model and is stocked ready to ship. This box is powdercoat painted in silver gray and comes with a lid, base and seal.
Rose+Bopla’s diecast aluminum enclosures have clean lines and smooth round corners for a high-tech modern look. Die-casting ensures maintenance of accurate tolerances on all boxes. The Rose+Bopla tongue and groove gasket design has become the industry standard.
Watertight diecast aluminum enclosures in the powdercoated version may be used for electronics, measurement and control, power distribution, as well as for pneumatic techniques and hydraulic applications.
If a removable gasket or an RFI shielding gasket is required, you must start with the unpainted version.
Each aluminum enclosure consists of a powdercoat painted die-cast base and lid, captive stainless steel lid screws, copper ground screws and a seal. These enclosures are painted a standard silver gray. For special colors, see unpainted version.
