The Series SHP is a miniature pneumatic slide featuring precision rail bearing technology for compact, repeatable linear motion. It offers three bore sizes (8 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm) and five travel lengths (15 mm, 20 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 55 mm), with built-in extend and retract travel adjustment up to 10 mm. Constructed of anodized aluminum, it includes dowel holes for top, front, and bottom mounting and is factory lubricated for life. Operating pressure ranges from 20 to 100 psi (1.4 to 6.9 bar), with an operating temperature range of -20 to +180 °F. Repeatability is 0.001 inch (0.025 mm), and maximum velocity is 21 in/sec (0.53 m/sec) at 100 psi. Optional magnetic pistons enable use with JC1 switches. Units are available in imperial or metric mounting configurations and are field repairable.
