The TSOA-6M3-1200 is a self-clinching threaded standoff designed for installation in sheets as thin as 0.63 mm. This product is suitable for applications requiring permanent mounting, spacing, or stacking of panels and components. It is made from hardened stainless steel, providing durability and strength, and is recommended for use in stainless steel sheets with specific hardness ratings. The standoff features a metric thread size of M3 and a length of 12 mm. An optional nickel plating is available for enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in corrosive environments. The installation process involves pressing the standoff into a properly sized round hole, ensuring a secure and permanent fit.
These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
