Threaded standoffs TSOA-6440-312 from PennEngineering® are designed for use in sheets as thin as .025 inches. These self-clinching standoffs provide permanent threads and are suitable for mounting, spacing, or stacking panels and components. Made from hardened stainless steel, they are particularly effective for clinching into stainless steel sheets. An optional nickel plating is available for enhanced corrosion resistance. The standoffs are installed by pressing them into properly sized round holes, ensuring a secure and permanent fit. They are recommended for applications requiring reliable fastening in thin materials.
These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
