Blind-threaded self-clinching standoffs designed for installing into metal sheets with a closed-end profile, ensuring flush mounting on the head side. The BSOS series includes variants with thicker walls for enhanced bearing surface, and these standoffs are suitable for applications requiring permanent attachment without access to the back side of the panel.
These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
When blind-threaded types are used, outer sheet surfaces are not only flush, but closed as well.
