HTI Plastics Food Packaging Bone Discs

To help you maintain quality food products, HTI Plastics has the most complete line of bone discs for use by the food processing industry. Throughout the United States and Canada, our high quality products are used to cover open bone in ham and other meat cuts. This allows you to eliminate plackaging problems incurred with shrink wrap plastic over bone edges and fragments. In addition, our bone dics help form an air-tight seal between the packaging and the bone marrow, helping reduce potential spoilage. We produce each bone disc to exacting specification using virgin grade polyolefins. We follow FDA guidelines and GMP's throughout our facility and package immediately after molding, with minimal handling. HTI Plastics has received the Certificate of Completion from NSF Cooks & Thurber by participating in and completing a Product Safety, Quality, and Food Defense audit against the Standard & Guidelines of current GMP, Codex/NACMCD, HACCP and Best Industry Practices.
