Pavchrome 96 - is a concentrated, single-dip, blue bright chromate with provides protection up to 96 hours to white salts. Pavchrome 96 can be used in chromating zinc deposited from alkaline non-cyanide, cyanide and acid chloride solutions. Work chromated in Pavchrome 96 has the blue bright appearance of chromium, while producing a desirable base for dyeing operations and both air-dried and baked lacquer coatings. A Teflon immersion heater is recommended.
