The Smog-Hog SG Series mist collector captures high-volume coolant mist and oil smoke from industrial processes including drilling, grinding, screw machining and others. Depending on your requirements, systems can be ducted, unducted or free hanging inside any facility.
The Smog-Hog SG system uses a single ESP unicell, which combines an ionizer and collection cell. This compact unicell design helps minimize contaminant bypass. Also, there’s no need for costly filter replacements; just routine service cleanings will keep the system running effectively and efficiently.
Air volumes range from 2,200 CFM to 9,000 CFM, depending on system configuration.
