Description
Complete/integrated pistons combine a metal or plastic core, bearing and seals into a single unit. Both bonded and pre-assembled versions are available. The one-piece construction reduces assembly time and part number inventory. They perform two functions: sealing and guiding. Double-acting complete pistons can be pressurized from both sides, either exclusively from one side or simultaneously in the case of differential cylinders. They show symmetrical cross section designs. ChemCast piston seals are a two-piece hydraulic piston seal that offer near zero drift, reduced maintenance, and flawless sealing at temperatures over 300°F and high pressures. Parker's D-Rings provide a cost effective alternative to traditional sealing in radial seal applications. They can be used in static, reciprocating or oscillating applications in the most extreme environmental conditions. Parker's Low Drag D-rings provide a cost effective alternative to traditional sealing in radial seal applications where low friction environments are critical. D-Rings can be used in static, reciprocating or oscillating applications.
