Panasonic PM-45 series ultra-small U-shaped micro photoelectric sensors. The PM series sensors feature a through beam detection type with the emitter and receiver contained within a single U-shaped housing. A large operating indicator lights up to make operation identification easy to see from above and from the sides. The sections where stress concentrates, such as the connecting section of the cable and internal circuit, are covered with a resin. This helps prevent malfunctions caused by vibrations and impacts.
