The 5LN01SS-TL-E is an N-channel small signal MOSFET designed for general-purpose switching applications, housed in an SSFP (SC-81) package measuring 3.0 mm × 3.0 mm × 1.4 mm. It offers a drain-source voltage rating of 50 V, a continuous drain current of 0.1 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 0.15 W.
