Panasonic 2SD1623S-TD-E

The 2SD1623S-TD-E is an NPN bipolar transistor in a PCP package, suitable for voltage regulators, relay drivers, and lamp drivers. It has a collector-to-emitter voltage rating of -50 V, a collector current rating of -2 A, and a collector dissipation of 1.3 W when mounted on a ceramic substrate. The transistor features a low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage of 0.4 V maximum at -1 A collector current, and a DC current gain ranging from 100 to 560 depending on the rank.
