The AQW454AZ is a solid-state relay with a 2 Form B (normally-closed) configuration, housed in a DIP8 package. It supports a peak load voltage of 400 V and a continuous load current of 0.12 A per channel (0.16 A when using one channel only). The device features low on-resistance of up to 16 Ω and an off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA. It offers 1,500 Vrms I/O isolation and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. The surface mount terminal variant is available in tape and reel packaging, picked from the 1/2/3/4-pin side. This product is not intended for automotive use.
