The AQV103 is a solid-state relay with a DIP6 package, designed for controlling low-level analog signals using low-level input signals. It supports up to 250 V DC load voltage and a continuous load current of 0.3 A, with a maximum on-resistance of 4 Ω at 10 mA LED current. The device has an I/O isolation voltage of 1,500 Vrms and operates from -40 to +85 °C. It is not for automotive use. The relay is available in both DC-only and AC/DC dual-use variants, but the AQV103 specifically is a DC-only type. It meets UL recognition for 0.3 A at 250 V DC.
