480 VAC, 10 Amp, DC control solid-state relay with transient protection, featuring 4,000 volts of optical isolation, zero-voltage turn-on, zero-current turn-off, and a maximum operating temperature of 100°C. It is UL recognized, CE compliant, and UKCA certified. The relay has a maximum off-state leakage of 11 mA, a dv/dt rating of 200 V/µs, and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.2 °C/W. It is designed for use in 25 to 65 Hz systems and is subjected to full-load testing and six times rated current surge before and after encapsulation.

Opto 22 provides a full range of Power Series solid-state relays with a wide variety of voltage (110-575 Volts) and current options (3-45 Amps). All Power Series relays feature 4,000 volts of optical isolation and have a high PRV rating. The DC Series is also available with LEDs that indicate when a control signal is applied. These LED input status indicators make it much easier for users to maintain and troubleshoot their control systems. An optional safety cover reduces the chance of accidental contact with relay terminals, while providing access holes for test instrumentation.
