NXV08H250DPT2 is an automotive-grade, 2-phase MOSFET module designed for 48 V inverter and traction applications. It is packaged in the APM17-MFA case, measuring 45.00 x 30.00 x 5.00 mm, and features a direct mounting design for low thermal resistance. The module contains four 80 V MOSFETs with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.4 to 0.53 °C/W, and module on-resistance values of 1.01 to 1.3 mΩ for high-side switches and 0.98 to 1.27 mΩ for low-side switches. It includes two NTC thermistors for temperature sensing and complies with AQG324, UL 94 V-0, and RoHS standards. The device is Pb-free and rated for operation from -40 °C to 125 °C ambient temperature.
