The NVXR17S90M2SPB is a silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET module in a 6-pack configuration for traction inverter applications, featuring direct cooling with an integrated pin-fin heatsink and sintered die attach for high reliability. It is packaged in SSDC39 (CASE 183AM) with dimensions of 154.50 mm × 92.00 mm × 15.80 mm. The module operates with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, rated for 900 V drain-to-source voltage, and supports a continuous drain current of 620 A at 175°C. It meets the AQG324 automotive standard and UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The thermal resistance from junction to fluid is 0.10-0.11 °C/W at 10 L/min flow rate with 50/50 EGW coolant. The module includes integrated temperature sensors and has an isolation voltage of 4200 V AC.
