The NLSX5011AMUTAG is a 1-bit configurable dual-supply bidirectional level translator designed for high-speed applications, supporting data rates up to 140 Mb/s when VCC and VL are above 1.8 V. It operates with independent supply voltages ranging from 0.9 V to 4.5 V, allowing for flexible logic level translation between devices with different voltage requirements. The device features high output current capability, enabling it to drive capacitive loads effectively, and each I/O channel can function as either an input or output without the need for a direction control pin. An Output Enable (EN) pin is included to reduce power consumption by placing the I/O ports in a high-impedance state, significantly lowering supply current. The NLSX5011AMUTAG is housed in a compact UDFN6 package, measuring 1.45 mm x 1.0 mm, and is Pb-free. It is suitable for applications in mobile phones, PDAs, and other portable devices, with robust ESD protection exceeding 8000 V for all pins.
