The NLSX5002BMUTCG is a 2-bit configurable dual-supply bidirectional level translator designed for high-speed applications, supporting data rates up to 140 Mb/s when VCC and VL are above 1.8 V. It operates with independent supply voltages ranging from 0.9 V to 4.5 V, allowing for flexible configurations where VL can be greater than, equal to, or less than VCC.
