The NLSX3012MUTAG is a 2-bit configurable dual-supply bidirectional level translator designed for high-speed applications. It operates with a VCC supply voltage range of 1.3 V to 4.5 V and a VL supply voltage range from 0.9 V to (VCC - 0.4 V). This flexibility allows it to translate lower voltage logic signals on the VL side to higher voltage logic signals on the VCC side and vice versa, without the need for a direction control pin, as both I/O ports are auto-sensing. The device supports a guaranteed data rate of 140 Mb/s for VL voltages greater than 1.8 V and features low bit-to-bit skew. It includes an Output Enable (EN) input that, when set low, disables both I/O ports to reduce supply currents significantly. The NLSX3012MUTAG is available in compact packaging options such as UDFN8, SO-8, and Micro8, and is Pb-free, making it suitable for various applications including mobile phones, PDAs, and laptops. The operating temperature range is specified from -40¬8C to +85¬8C, ensuring reliability in diverse environments.
