The NLSV8T240MUTAG is an 8-bit dual-supply voltage level translator designed for low-voltage applications. It operates with configurable supply voltages, VCCA and VCCB, ranging from 0.9 V to 4.5 V, enabling universal low-voltage translation. The device features high-speed operation with balanced propagation delay and includes over-voltage protection for inputs and outputs up to 4.5 V. It supports non-preferential sequencing of VCCA and VCCB, ensuring outputs remain in a 3-state condition until the active voltage supply is reached. The ultra-small UDFN20 package measures 4.0 mm x 2.0 mm and is Pb-free. Typical applications include mobile phones and other portable devices. The device also offers robust ESD protection exceeding 7000 V (HBM) for all pins, making it suitable for sensitive electronic environments.
