The NLPS22990MN1TAG is a single-channel load switch designed for power distribution applications, featuring an N-channel MOSFET with a maximum continuous current rating of 10 A. It operates within an input voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.5 V and has a low on-resistance of 3.9 mOc, which minimizes voltage drop and power loss. The device includes controlled and adjustable slew rate capabilities to manage inrush currents, making it suitable for systems with large bulk load capacitances. An integrated Power Good (PG) indicator provides feedback on the load switch status, facilitating power sequencing.
