The NLAS5223BMUR2G is a dual SPDT analog switch designed using advanced CMOS technology, featuring an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.35 Oc at a supply voltage of 4.3 V. It operates within a single supply range of 1.65 to 4.5 V and is capable of handling full 0-VCC signal levels. The device ensures high off-channel isolation and low standby current, rated at 50 nA. It supports high continuous current capability of ±320 mA through each switch and includes large current clamping diodes at the analog inputs, allowing for ±100 mA continuous current. The NLAS5223BMUR2G is suitable for applications such as cell phone audio blocks, speaker and earphone switching, and modem interfaces. It is available in a compact 10-pin WQFN or UQFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
