The NCV8502DADJ is a micropower linear voltage regulator capable of delivering an output current of 150 mA. It offers adjustable output voltage options, with an accuracy of ±2.0%. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.6 V at full load, and it features a low quiescent current of 90 µA under a 100 µA load, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. The regulator includes an active RESET function with a delay and a FLAG monitor, which provides early warning signals to the microprocessor during power-up or voltage drops. It operates correctly at output voltages as low as 1.0 V and is protected against reverse battery, short circuit, and thermal overload conditions.
