The NCV7382D is an enhanced LIN transceiver designed for single wire data link applications, particularly suitable for systems utilizing LIN 1.3 or LIN 2.0 protocols. It operates within a voltage range of 7.0 to 18 V and features a very low standby current consumption of approximately 6.5 µA in sleep mode, making it ideal for ECU applications with low power requirements.
