The NCP702 is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator designed to provide a stable output voltage of 1.8V with a maximum output current of 200 mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and features an ultra-low quiescent current of approximately 10 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device boasts an impressive power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 68 dB at 1 kHz, ensuring minimal noise in sensitive applications such as RF circuits and precision instrumentation. The NCP702 does not require an additional noise bypass capacitor to achieve its ultra-low noise performance, which is measured at 11 µVRMS from 100 Hz to 100 kHz.
