The NCP5393AMNR2G is a multiphase synchronous buck regulator controller specifically designed for powering AMD microprocessors, including the Core and Northbridge components. It supports user-configurable operation in two, three, or four phases for the Core, along with a single-phase regulator for the Northbridge. Key features include differential voltage and phase current sensing, programmable voltage offsets, and dual-edge multiphase modulation, which enhances response to dynamic load changes. The device offers a DAC range from 12.5 mV to 1.55 V with an accuracy of ¬±0.5% for voltages between 0.8 V and 1.55 V.
