The NCP3284 is a single-phase synchronous buck regulator designed for high efficiency and compact power management solutions. It integrates power MOSFETs and can deliver up to 30 A continuous output current, with a maximum of 45 A pulsed. The device operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 18 V and supports output voltages from 0.8 V to 5.5 V.
