The NBXMBB024LNHTAG is a 622.08 MHz LVPECL clock oscillator designed for 2.5 V ¬±5% or 3.3 V ¬±10% applications. It features ultra-low jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and low phase noise, making it suitable for high-performance clock generation. The device utilizes a high Q fundamental crystal and a Phase Lock Loop (PLL) multiplier to achieve its output frequency. It offers a total frequency stability of ¬±20 PPM within a commercial temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
